Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday, T-man! I can't believe an entire year has passed. I am in awe of how this little guy has changed from a blob who really didn't do much to a happy, smiley little guy who walks, babbles, and unrolls toilet paper. Who knew that someone under 2 feet and 30lbs could cause so much laughter, joy, love, and even worry?
We celebrated T-man's birthday with the grandparents and the drumma uncle on Sunday in Indiana. T-man had cake and ice cream for the first time. He enjoyed the icing & cake very much, but the ice cream he wasn't sure about. Then, he got to open presents, and he enjoyed that very much!
Today, on his actual birthday, Dad and Mom took T-man to Friendly's where he got a free kid's meal. He had chicken fingers, applesauce, and a strawberry sundae. Dad helped him eat the chicken fingers and I helped him eat the sundae--yum! A second taste was all T-man needed to get hooked on ice cream. I had to quickly take my bites in between feeding him! After that, we went to Toys R Us to find a present for the little guy. His new thing is pointing and saying "whoa", so he pointed and said "whoa" at everything in the store. In the end we picked out a couple books and a ball. Ever boy needs a ball in the house, right?
All and all it was a good day! We are so blessed to have a beautiful, sweet, and healthy boy!
